OHM Return Policy

OHM offers a 30 day return policy if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange your item. The item needs to be returned to the original warehouse location where it was purchased.

Start the process: Open a ticket and request an “RMA” (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any items. (Open a ticket or email directly [email protected])

Remember to let us know
- What item (name/sku) you are requesting to return
- The order number
- If you prefer an exchange, store credit, or a refund if available.

Once the RMA request is approved you will receive a shipping address for your item(s).

 

Be sure to include your RMA/ticket # in or on the package.

 

- Re-package returning items in the original packaging.

- Items shall be shipped in a padded and secure envelope or carton. Do not use regular letter envelopes.

- Returning item shipments must be shipped with a tracking number to verify delivery.

 

OHM is not responsible for merchandise returned in a letter envelope. Any items received not packaged properly may be refused or returned.

 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

You must request an RMA prior to 30 calendar days of your order date, or 7 days of the delivery date as per package tracking number.

 


Your ticket # must be included in any return package.

 

The shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of your RMA issuance. Tracking number must be provided within 3 business days of the shipment date. Failure to provide the tracking number may result in the RMA being rescinded.

 

OHM is not responsible for merchandise returned without tracking number.

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

OHM does not provide a return label for item returns. 

 

Allow 10 business days from receipt of the package for review and processing of the RMA.

 


NOTE: Altered items, custom or special orders, or items made to your specifications are not eligible for return. A return shipping label may be available upon request only if the returning item was issued in error. Due to the nature of blind boxes/blind bags, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on opened items as the seal has been broken. Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion, or purchases utilizing a discount code are final sales and are not eligible for return. 


Shipments refused delivery by the recipient will be subject upon return receipt to a 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
