Can I skip holiday-themed subscription designs or request a substitute?

We understand that some collectors may choose not to celebrate certain holidays or may prefer to avoid holiday-inspired designs.

 

Our subscription follows a curated creative calendar, and we are not able to offer substitutions for individual monthly blind-bag designs. Each month's designs are part of the overall collection and is produced specifically for subscribers.

 

That said, we rarely create overtly holiday-specific designs, but can. Even when a release is inspired by a particular season or celebration, it is typically interpreted through a broader creative lens, allowing each piece to be appreciated and worn in many different ways. 

 

Because all subscription sales are final, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for designs that do not align with your personal preferences or beliefs.

 

If you know you would prefer not to receive a particular month's release, you can pause your subscription in advance. Please note that subscriptions operate with a two-month lead time. For example, to skip a monthly December Beadmail shipment, you would need to pause before the order processed on October 1. If you receive a design that isn't the right fit, many collectors choose to gift it to someone else or sell it through the secondary market, including platforms such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace, where OHM pieces often find new homes with fellow collectors.
