Shipping worldwide continues to be disrupted by a multitude of reasons including but not limited to shipping restrictions, sanctions, quarantines, economic difficulties, etc.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. While many packages can be delayed, orders generally arrive safe and sound, just later, or much later, than expected.
As lost packages have not been an issue (less than 1% of all shipments), reshipment is generally not the solution. International shipments may experience a delay of a few weeks up to 60 days from the original ship date, while domestic shipments (USA) may experience delays up to 30 days.
Missing domestic packages without a tracking update for 30 days may be subject to reshipment. Missing international packages without a tracking update for 60 days may be subject to reshipment. Subject to availability. Subject to restrictions.

Packages returned undeliverable may be reshipped, shipping fees may apply if the address was entered in error. OHM will cover shipping fees due to our error. OHM will reach out regarding any returned package. Unclaimed packages after 30 days will be subject to restocking fee of 10%.
*OHM will not reship orders shipped via a Signature Confirmation method that have a confirmed receipt date from the postal carrier.
