Your account is eligible once you reach Level ONE (LOL1).

Birthday OHMbucks are awarded every year on your birthday. To make sure they are processed, be sure to add your birthday into the OHMbucks widget. 

Select Earn OHMbucks in the widget
 

Scroll to and find "Celebrate a Birthday" and click "Enter Date"

Enter the date of your birthday in the format shown (month, day, and year)

Make sure to click "Save"

Your OHMbucks will be rewarded on your next birthday. To remain eligible your account must be Level ONE (LOL1) or higher.

Note: Birthday OHMbucks may not apply automatically if your birthday is within 30 days. If your OHMbucks are not applied for any reason, please reach out by creating a ticket.
