Packages are shipped with a tracking number and shipping times vary based on location. Some international orders may ship from the nearest warehouse based on available stock levels.

International packages are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to OHM nor are they set by OHM, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations, and charged by your local government or postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations, and cannot be paid or pre-paid directly to OHM.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We will NOT mark packages as a gift upon request. Gift cards are considered payment.

Shipments refused delivery by the recipient due to customs will be subject upon return to a 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.
